I authorize Environmental Management to investigate all statements contained herein. I also authorize Environmental Management to contact former employers, personal references and/or any other entities deemed necessary. In addition, I authorize former employers, personal references and/or any other entities to release information, personal or otherwise, to Environmental Management and hereby release Environmental Management from all liability from any damage that may result from utilization of such information.

I also understand and agree that no representative of Environmental Management has the authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specific period of time, or to make any agreement contrary to the foregoing, unless it is in writing by an authorized company manager.

I also understand that time frames discussed for various jobs are only guidelines and budgeting information for both parties to follow. Time frames are in no way to be interpreted as a minimum time to be paid.
