Terms & Conditions Minimize

Environmental Management or its authorized agents agree to perform the work specified within this work order authorization in a professional manner using reasonable care to obtain satisfactory results. The professional cleaner is limited in attaining the best results due to the condition and nature of the article or surface being cleaned.

Listed below are conditions which are most commonly encountered for which we disclaim liability and for which the customer agrees not to hold Environmental Management or it's authorized agents responsible or liable in any way.

AIR DUCT & COIL CLEANING: It is necessary for regular air duct cleaning for better health and to avoid expensive HVAC system repairs. Air ducts can be cleaned if they are made from steel or aluminum. The flexible air ducts cannot be cleaned with our system because damage to the air ducts will occur. This damage is not repairable. During the cleaning process, the air vents will be removed and hand cleaned. In some older buildings these vents have been painted. This can cause the paint to be removed on the ceiling or wall around the vent that will require touch up paint. We will do the touch up painting for an additional charge. Commercial buildings may have drop ceilings with ceiling tiles installed around the air vents. In most cases this doesn't present a problem unless the drop ceiling installation is compromised or if the ceiling tile have been painted. Again, touch up paint may be necessary after the cleaning which is an additional charge.

COILS CLEANING: We are able to clean coils on most units. In some cases the units may require disassembly which must be performed by a licensed HVAC contractor. Environmental Management is not licensed in HVAC.
