Environmental Management or its authorized agents agree to perform the work specified within this work order authorization in a professional manner using reasonable care to obtain satisfactory results. The professional cleaner is limited in attaining the best results due to the condition and nature of the article or surface being cleaned.

Listed below are conditions which are most commonly encountered for which we disclaim liability and for which the customer agrees not to hold Environmental Management or it's authorized agents responsible or liable in any way.

Natural Stone (Flagstone, Travertine, Terrazzo, Sandstone, Marble, Slate, Granite, Onyx, Etc.) are mined from the earth and therefore are subject to natures elements, such as, (mold, fungus, living organisms, fossils, mineral deposits, and other unknown substances) that can drastically affect the cleaning and refinishing process. For this reason, Environmental Management and its authorized agents cannot be held liable for any adverse effects caused by the cleaning and restoration process. The loss of grout is possible during the cleaning process due to the the use of unknown cleaning solutions used in the past. Some cleaning solutions breakdown grout. COATINGS: It is recommended not to apply topical coatings on any natural stone because natural stone must allow air to flow through it naturally to avoid any adverse effects. Topical coatings can be applied, but at the risk of the customer.
